The role of the Location Pastor (LP) is to oversee the life and direction of their Gateway Houston location under the direction and leadership of the Senior Pastor (SP) and the Campus Leadership Pastor. This requires a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and strategy of Gateway Church Houston and the ability to align staff and key leadership teams with its mission, vision, and values. The LP will offer pastoral leadership to the location and ensure the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities.

The purpose of the Project Manager is to help Gateway Church Houston improve the organization’s communication internally and externally.
They will be responsible for overseeing assigned projects from ideation to completion. This person will serve as a liaison between the Communications and Creative Department and the Event/Project owner.
Candidates need to be self-initiating, organized, good at multi-tasking and communication.
